SIPs BUILDER, inc. was formed in early 2004 by a former Timber Framer, Dan Johnston. After working with SIPs (structural insulated panels) on timber frames for over 25 years he felt there was a need for more efficent, stand-alone homes and commercial buildings using SIPs in the main stream. Today, SIPs BUILDER fabricates and builds structural shells through-out the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. Our customer base includes Architects, Developers, Contractors, Builders, Remolders and Owner/Builders. We do not build a turn key home.
