A SIP addition can be added to just about any existing
residential or commercial building without any special needs.
It can be a one room addition to multiple rooms. We can even use SIPs as a floor system in certain situations, therefore elimating a conventional floor joists
SIP Shells (structural insulated panels) typically consist of a wall and roof system (outer envelope) which is combined with other wall, floor and ceiling systems dependant upon the design and involment of owner/builders/contractors. Our shells are semi-fabricated prior arrival to a job-site for a faster speed of construction and less jobsite waste.
